Post contrast (gadolinium-enhanced) axial images show homogeneously enhancing tumor lining to the left sacroiliac joint surface and narrowing of the left sacral neural foramina. Left hemisacrum involvement is suspicious for sacral nerve compression due to perineural obliteration.
